Injured my left knee. Ouch. The more I rest it the more it hurts. The more I stretch, the better it feels. But this also means that in order to feel GREAT, I need to stretch about 38 times a day. But I'm no dummy. I do it. I do it to survive... To survive my kids who won't take naps in their rooms UPSTAIRS. To survive coming back DOWN those stairs (ouch, ooch, owwww). To believe that this too shall pass and I can at least walk the Long Beach Half Marathon (after I accept reality that there is no way I can run 26.2 miles in 22 Days 14 Hours 6 Minutes 13 Seconds...) Not ready to accept anything yet.
That's all I have to say about that. For now.
