All my books are packed away in the garage awaiting the drive to the new house. I haven't touched a book (other than the preschool variety) in almost two weeks. I'm continuing to listen to books on my ipod, but it's really just not the same. I found myself oogling the Kindle the other day thinking that could've scratched my itch... for a mere $359. (choke!) But then my husband would've killed me.
We should get the keys tomorrow, spend this weekend cleaning, and then hopefully be moving in and getting settled next weekend. First thing I need to scope out is my new reading corner. Best part about it is that I have so many options to choose from!!!
And then, the big question. What should I read next?
I'm reading The Road by, Cormac McCarthy right now....Good & Sad...I hope it takes a positive turn...my husband won't tell me the end..so I'll have to find out my self!
