I know. This is a little weird. I'm not one to gush about shoes, but I take comfort in knowing I'm not the only one doing it. I recently found a persuasive write up about a supportive flip-flop to wear after a work-out. For the life of me I can't find whose blog/website I read it on, but right after reading the review, I stumbled upon a coupon code that made the shoe ridiculously cheap WITH free shipping. Why this combination will almost 100% of the time compel me to shop, I don't know. But I did. And I got them in the mail today.Oh. My. Gosh. They are not the prettiest thing in the world (mine are black and silver, and the silver actually looks a little army green), but I don't ever want to take them off. I'm instantly in love with a pair of Crocs. I swore I would never ever in a million years wear Crocs, and today, friends, I am eating my words.
Here's the description of these shoes. They are the Crocs Prepair:
Your preparation for the next race begins as soon as you slide into these sporty flip-flops.

I just ordered another pair for Andrew because I found an equally ridiculous coupon code good for today only with free TWO-day shipping (yes, that uncontrollable compulsion to use those coupon codes again). I know they are practically giving these away because they want us all to gush. Well, I'm gushing. These are exactly what I need for after my longer runs when my feet and legs do feel beat up, and will be even more awesome once I start dragging my butt out of bed at 5am to get in my miles in the morning. Along with a nice cup of coffee, I'll have my (cringe) Crocs waiting for me to help me take on my morning.
