Happy Mother's Day

For Mother's Day this year, I gave myself..... a New Training Plan!! Waa-hoooo!!!

I'm destined for 26.2 miles of sweat, pain, agony and SUCCESS with this plan!! The trick will be to stop the freakin' procrastinating and get it done!!

There are rest days, easy days, and cross training days. It's varied and interesting. I'm excited. But I'm also going to need to recruit help for the long run days. I'll line up friends to run part of it with me to both keep me safe and to keep me going. I'm going to be pretty stinkin' proud of myself if when I get through this whole thing in one piece, and cross that finish line on race day. Gotta train hard, eat clean, and be very very smart.

Whew. Wow. Ok, now... Where are my running shoes? I've got a 6 miler to do today.
